"Payment was quick, but keep an eye on the details"
I paid for my order on zoomy.co.nz the payment part went through smoothly for me.
There weren’t any weird errors or annoying extra steps. I just put in my details, submitted it, and got the payment confirmation almost right away. Still, I’d warn others to double-check everything before paying, just in case, because once it goes through it happens fast.
Overall, I’d probably use it again since the payment side was simple and worked on the first try

"Super easy and no surprises"
I really liked that the fare was shown upfront before I booked. The whole process was easy, and there weren’t any random add-ons popping up at the end. What I paid matched what I saw in the app, which made things way less stressful, especially since I was in a hurry.

"Such a clean, comfortable ride"
I used Zoomy twice this week, both cars were spotless inside. No weird smells, no old rubbish lying around, and the seats actually looked like they’d been looked after, which felt really refreshing.
The driver was friendly, and the whole ride just felt calm and easy. After a long day out, getting into a clean car was such a relief and genuinely made the trip feel so much better.

"Pretty decent ride, a little confusing at first"
The ride itself was totally fine, but I was a bit anxious at the start because the driver didn’t really message much and I wasn’t sure where I was supposed to meet them. It got figured out in the end, so no big drama, but a little more communication would’ve made it feel smoother.

"Worked better than I expected"
I didn’t expect Zoomy to have such good coverage around here, but it surprised me. I used it once going across town and again from the airport, and both times I found a driver without any hassle. The app was easy to figure out, and the pickup spots were clear enough. I was all ready to complain if it made me wait forever, but nope, it actually worked really well. Convenient if you just want to get moving.

I’ve used Zoomy a handful of times now, the best part is that there always seems to be someone nearby to pick me up. Even later at night, I haven’t had to sit around waiting forever. The app is easy enough to use, and the drivers have shown up quickly. So yeah, blame whoever runs this for making it way too convenient because I’ve been happy with it so far.
